The National Reading Recovery Centre is located at The University of Auckland Faculty of Education Epsom Campus. The Reading Recovery Trainers based at the Centre, Christine Boocock and Blair Koefoed provide national and international leadership, training and support for Reading Recovery.
Two qualifications for Reading Recovery professionals are offered through the National Reading Recovery Centre; a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, and a Graduate Diploma in Education Reading Recovery option.
National Reading Recovery is contracted by the Ministry of Education for specific training and quality assurance roles in relation to the implementation of Reading Recovery in New Zealand.
